• Our clients are enterprises of varying sizes with diverse business profiles, including manufacturing, construction, service (i.a. IT and financial) and trading companies. Among them there are establishments that benefit from subsidies, Research & Development reliefs or taxation on IP Box principles. In these special cases, we always adjust the accounting to the needs and requirements resulting from concluded subsidy contracts and legal regulations.
• We specialise in providing service to companies with foreign share-ownership, mainly from German-speaking countries. In this area, we have many years of experience working with entities with German or Austrian capital. Working directly with international tax advisors or the management of the financial department of the foreign parent company, we relieve the management boards of Polish companies from the responsibility of tediously explaining complex issues arising from Polish balance sheet or tax law. For such entities, we also prepare financial reports in accordance with German or Austrian law (so-called HBII), as well as consolidation packages. Our experience is also useful for Polish companies with foreign branches in Germany or Austria.
• We strive to perform the necessary services with a reasonable amount of time and labour input. Therefore, in the case of large clients, we integrate warehouse and commercial programs as well as electronic circulation of documents with accounting. For smaller clients, we offer solutions that enable electronic storage and delivery of documents for accounting.

Experience

I am a tax advisor (since 2002) and a certified public accountant (since 2007). I gained professional experience in a German consulting company, and then in a consulting company in which I was a partner for many years. Out of all the services we offer, I especially value due diligence reviews in the area of tax and accounting, preparing reports in compliance with German and Austrian law, as well as projects related to problem solving and organisation of accounting and accounting departments. Good and honest relations with our clients are of great importance to me, as they are a guarantee of successful cooperation. For me, my job is a passion that I devote a lot of time to and from which I derive a lot of satisfaction.

We form a close-knit team of professionals dealing with consulting, financial accounting, HR and payroll services. Some of us have many years of professional experience, others have been in finance for 2-3 years. Together, we create a blend of competences and enthusiasm in approach to our profession. By constantly participating in training sessions, we update our knowledge in order to adapt to changing regulations and requirements.

Responsibility

Responsibility is broadly understood by us as diligence, punctuality and high quality of services as well as full credibility in the eyes of clients, but also as a responsibility towards our employees, the environment and society. That's why we aim to create a friendly workplace for our team where we have already completely eliminated plastic packaging and disposable towels. In order to reduce paper consumption and unnecessary print outs, all workstations are equipped with two computer screens that enable ergonomic work with electronic documents. We also regularly support local charities and associations that assist people in need, environmental protection, and local development.
